four. usage

1. Simulation test

Before normal use, small-scale experiments can be carried out in the laboratory. The methods are as follows:

① Take a certain amount of wastewater to be treated, such as 500ml or 1L (which can be the water of sedimentation tank);

② Measure a certain amount of phosphorus remover an-120l (such as 100ppm / 200ppm / 400ppm, etc.) and add it to the wastewater to be treated;

③ Allow the upper layer of reagent to be fully clarified for about 5 minutes, and then allow the reaction to be layered;

④ Determine the residual phosphorus content in the clear liquid and select the appropriate dosage.

2. Field use:

① Phosphorus removal agent dosing point

The reaction of phosphorus remover is very rapid, and the reaction can be completed within 5 minutes, which can directly treat the wastewater with excessive phosphorus;

④ When treating industrial wastewater, dilute the dephosphorization agent to 1-2 times the aqueous solution.
